Welcome to St Ann's Little Church!

When: Sundays, 9:30 am Mass

Where: St. Ann’s Cathedral and Rectory

Getting There: Little Church classrooms are in the Rectory basement, entrance is located through the breezeway near the Cathedral bathrooms.

St. Ann’s Little Church is a special opportunity for children ages 2–11 to experience God’s Word in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way. Little Church is offered most Sundays during the 9:30 a.m. Mass. Parents are encouraged to join children under age 5.

Children begin Mass with their families, receive a special blessing from our priest, Rev. Xavier Arimboor, and Deacon Tom Miller, and then head to Little Church with trained adult volunteers. 

During Little Church, they enjoy child-friendly Scripture readings, an interactive Gospel            reflection, and prayer before returning to their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

New families are always welcome—we’d love to have your little ones join us!

St. Ann’s K–12 Faith Formation

When: Sundays, 10:40–11:45 AM

Where: St. Ann’s Rectory

Getting There: Enter through the breezeway near the Cathedral bathrooms.

Registration & Schedule: Pick up registration forms and the current schedule at the children’s table in the back of the Cathedral.

Our K–12 Faith Formation program helps children and teens grow in their relationship with Jesus and deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith in a welcoming parish community.

Through age-appropriate lessons and activities, young people will:

Learn the Faith: Explore Scripture, prayers, Catholic beliefs, Church traditions, and the Sacraments.

Prepare for the Sacraments: Receive guidance and preparation for important milestones, including First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

Grow in Christian Living: Discover how Gospel values and Catholic teaching can guide everyday choices.

Build Faith & Community: Participate more fully in Mass, prayer, parish life, and opportunities to serve others.

All K–12 students are welcome as we learn, pray, serve, and grow together in faith!

What is OCIA?

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a welcoming journey for those who want to learn more about the Catholic faith or become fully initiated into the Catholic Church. Through prayer, learning, conversation, and fellowship, participants deepen their relationship with God and become part of the parish community.

Who is OCIA for?

OCIA welcomes: 

• Those who have never been baptized and are exploring joining the Catholic faith. 
• Baptized Christians from other traditions who wish to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church. 
• Baptized Catholics who have not yet received Confirmation or First Eucharist.

What can I expect?

Your OCIA journey begins with a relaxed time of inquiry, giving you the freedom to learn, question, and discover at your own pace. There is no obligation to become Catholic simply by attending—just come, explore, and see where God may be leading you.

Time: 1:30–3:30 pm or 6:00–8:00 pm

Where: St. Ann’s Heisey Annex, 315 7th Street N — between St. Ann’s Cathedral and the Heisey Community Center

Come explore the Bible in a friendly and welcoming setting! St. Ann’s Bible Study brings Scripture to life through thoughtful discussion and reflection, along with conversations inspired by The Chosen, the popular series portraying the life of Jesus and His followers.

Whether you’re new to Bible study or have been reading Scripture for years, everyone is welcome!

Grow in Your Faith! Adult Sacrament Classes

Come deepen your understanding of the beautiful Sacraments of our Catholic faith! Using FORMED videos, Georgia Miller will lead engaging classes exploring Baptism, Reconciliation, Confirmation, and the Eucharist.

When: starting Sunday, October 4

Time: 10:40–11:45 am, most Sundays between Masses

Who: EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Location: Rectory Basement (entrance is through the breezeway by the Cathedral bathrooms)

Schedules: Available at the back of the church or download from our website
